Presentation of INSPIRE at the conference “Living Safely in the City – Challenges for Research and Practice”

The conference “Living Safely in the City – Challenges for Research and Practice” took place in a former hall in Duisburg’s Meiderich district on October 8 and 9. The Federal Ministry of Education and Research invited around 200 experts from research, local authorities, public authorities and organizations with security tasks (BOS), operators of critical infrastructures and all interested young scientists. The event offered the opportunity to exchange views on current and future challenges for the safety of cities and to enter into a dialogue on possible solutions. The INSPIRE research project was presented at the event as one of these concrete practical solutions.
